|
PI® decorative wall cladding systems are suitable for all internal and external
applications. They are customized to meet the design of architects and interior
designers
|
|
Various sheet metal materials (MS, SS, GI, Aluminum and Brass) can be used to manufacture
the panels.
|
|
|
Engineering of the cladding system is done by modern CAD/CAM systems to realize
the preliminary processing of the panel surface whether it is solid perforated or
embossed. This stage will include specification of fixing method, welding type and
infill material.
|
|
|
Production of the panels according to drawings using state of the art CNC machines
fully computerized.
|
|
|
Providing the specified Surface finish according to the material used. This task
comprise wide range of processes (Anodizing, kynar coating or powder coating for
Aluminum; Brush, satin or mirror finish for stainless steel, wet paint or powder
coating for milled steel).

Fixing Types |
|
PI provide various types of fixing details such as “press in” system, “Single-Hook”
system and “double Hook” system.
