Design Assistance
Our engineering staff has extensive experience and been working with customer's
designers and engineers on many challenging applications. PI's comprehensive knowledge
of the advantages and limitations of sheet metal fabrication and machining services,
coupled with practical experience, enables PI to assist in solving the most complicated
design problems and to assist with concepts, manufacturing techniques and material
considerations. |

Pattern Layout
PI has the experience to generate flat pattern layouts from a finished part drawing
and develop production programs.

Prototyping
PI is able to develop and realize Prototypes or part of the real production (Mockups)
which will be used in actual functional testing and based on which the final production
will be specified and defined.

|
|
|
CAD/CNC Programming
PI translates the final design to CAM files with expediency and accuracy so that
the final product is produced as a pure reflection of the approved design.

|
|
|
|
JETCAM- Software System
For programming our CNC Turret Presses and Laser Cutting Machine we use JETCAM.
Our 2D and 3D drafting are fully integrated with CNC machine programming through
the JETCAM. The software performs automatic unfolding and flays layout dimensioning.
We can nest parts for optimum material use and select tooling and punching paths
for optimum machine performance.
